Shipping
How soon do you ship?
We try to ship everything as soon as possible after payment is received. Usually, between 1 and 3 business days.
Combined Shipping
Combined shipping is available for all Art products (posters, paintings, lithographs, …). Additional item(s) can be shipped at the same time, and at no additional cost!
However, combined shipping is not possible for books.
International Shipping
We ship to every country covered by our insurance provider. Excluded are all countries in war, civil war or politically unstable.

Europe – 5 to 7 business days
North America – 7 to 9 business days

International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs vary a lot depending on weight of the item and destination. In case, cost doesn’t appear in your cart, please contact us for a precise quote (please include item name, your city and postcode, and country).
All items ship with Colissimo, an official subsidiary company of the French Postal service. If you’d like faster shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Taxes and Import Charges
Please keep in mind that your country may ask you to pay taxes on the items you’ve ordered from us. It happens very rarely, but keep in mind it’s a possibility. You are personally responsible for paying those taxes.
Lithograph Shipping
Lithographs are sold unframed. They are carefully wrapped in silk paper, and placed in a long reinforced rectangular box to ensure it gets to you safely. All lithographs orders are insured at no additional cost.
Book shipping
Books are bubble-wrapped and placed in an adequatel-sized box. Box usually exceeds book dimensions by at least 4 centimeters so that corners aren’t damaged during transport.
Ordering
How to pay?
Check: Andorran and French checks only.
Card: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Paypal.
Wire Transfer
Cash Payment only if you live in Andorra.
Your order will be shipped as soon as payment reaches our bank account.
Returns / Cancellations
Damaged Items
We wrap orders with a lot of care. However, should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we may take care of you!
Please contact us within 2 business days after delivery. Ship item back within 5 days of delivery.
Returns
We are unable to accept returns. We pride ourselves on describing items as well and thoroughly as possible, and displaying photographs of them. Photos are part of the description. Please read the description and zoom in images as desired.
If you think the item doesn’t match its description, please contact us within three days from delivery.
Any return due to the buyer changing its mind must be wrapped appropriately and shipped with a service that has tracking. Item will be reimbursed when we get it back. In such a case, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Should the item coming back to us be different than its original state, any decrease in value will be charged to the buyer.
Cancellations
Cancellation is only possible before your order ships.
