Founded in the mid-19th century, it contributed to the renown of French luxury craftsmanship through the design and production of embroidered household linens (sheets, napkins, tablecloths, handkerchiefs), intended for the wealthy and royalty. The letters and monograms have become classics, well-known to enthusiasts. The heirs of this tradition wanted to pass on, through this book, the main alphabets and patterns of their house, with technical advice. Numerous photographs will give the informed public the opportunity to see new models.
