Sacha Sosno (1937–2013), renowned French sculptor of the École de Nice and pioneer of the “art of obliteration,” is celebrated for his monumental works blending sculpture and architecture in Nice, Côte d’Azur.

This rare, limited-edition metal engraving, signed and numbered by the artist, faithfully reproduces the iconic façade of the Hôtel Élysée Palace (now the AC Hôtel Nice by Marriott) on the Promenade des Anglais. Sosno himself designed and executed this emblematic sculptural architectural project in 1987-1988, featuring monumental Venuses integrated into the granite and smoked glass façade – imposing bronze elements rising 26 meters high amidst 420 tons of granite.
