The Fishermen’s House is an original lithograph signed by Michel Martin (number 247/250). Born in Valenciennes, the artist settled on the Quiberon Peninsula where he devotes a true passion to the marine element. He poetically captures the wild landscapes of the Breton coast: storms, fishermen’s houses and dramatic atmospheres.

The work depicts a traditional fisherman’s house, isolated on the Atlantic coast, under a dramatic sky heavy with storm clouds. Michel Martin uses a powerful contrast between the dazzling white of the house and the grey-green tones of the dunes and the sea, creating an intense atmosphere of solitude and raw nature.

Large horizontal format: 29.13 x 20.86 inches (74 x 53 cm). Signed in pencil by the artist, in very good condition. Limited edition of only 250 copies.

A specialist in Breton coastal scenes (Quiberon, Finistère), Michel Martin poetically captures the changing light, the storms, and the authenticity of fishermen’s shelters. An ideal lithograph for lovers of marine art, Breton landscapes, and high-quality contemporary prints.
