The Samma dynasty was a medieval Rajput dynasty in the Indian subcontinent, which ruled Sindh and parts of Kutch, Punjab and Baluchistan between 1351 and 1524.

The Samma Monuments are part of a funerary group located at Makli Hill, the largest necropolis in the world and a World Heritage Site. Dating back to the 14th century, these brick and stone monuments are spread over five hectares and are largely religious structures.

This book delves into another history and analyzes their fascinating architectural styles and nuances. With 326 illustrations, 50 of them in color.
