Jules-Émile Zingg (1882-1942), is a French decorator and engraver. He entered the École des beaux-arts de Besançon in Félix Giacomotti’s studio and stayed there for a year. On November 8, 1902, he was admitted to the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris in the studio of Fernand Cormon. He specializes in painting landscapes. he obtained the title of second laureate of the Prix de Rome in 1911 and won a national prize.
